It's time for the 3rd annual Soundtrack of My Life!
Sadly there will be no photo collage this year, because I didn't take many photos!

After making my photo collage of 2006, while eating breakfast, I started thinking about the songs of the year. I decided I'd pick out one song for each month, but once I started I realised there's no way I could cut it down from my shortlist of 66 to just 12!
So instead here's the 66 songs that make my soundtrack of 2006!
Some songs are my favourites, others just remind me of particular times or events. They're listed by when I added them to iTunes, not when they were released. There's links to listen online where possible.

This was recorded on Saturday at Raeeka's BBQ of Awesomeness.
The YouTube and Google Video versions are aweful, so I've decided just to upload the video files here:
Download the 3GP version if you can as it's smaller (and the same or better quality), but I've also made an AVI version for people (like me) who can't view 3GP files.*
* I can sort of, but after a moment the screen goes green, no matter what software I use. It must be a codec problem, but I don't know how to fix it. Ideas welcome.

I don't have the energy to write much about it (except it was indeed awesome[ness]), but here's the photos...
I tried adding the video of Aaron to YouTube, but it seems to be too jumpy, given the speed of the movement. I'm waiting for it to be approved on Google Video, to see if that's any better. If not, I'll either upload the 3GP file or convert it to AVI.
